Who We Are

WWRT (wwrt.app) is operated by Hamid Consulting, LLC. This policy describes what information we collect when you use the service and how we use it.

What We Collect

We collect the minimum information needed to run the service:

  • Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address. Sign-in is handled through Supabase Auth via Google OAuth or magic link — we do not store passwords.
  • Usage data. We track how many calls you have made in the current month and which subscription plan you are on, so we can enforce plan limits and display your usage.
  • Call history.For Starter and Unlimited subscribers, we store the situation text you submit and the analysis we return, so you can review past calls in your history. Free users' submissions are not stored.

What We Do Not Collect

We do not use tracking pixels, analytics scripts, advertising networks, device fingerprinting, or IP logging beyond what Supabase and Vercel infrastructure log automatically as part of normal hosting operations. We have no interest in building a profile of you beyond what is necessary to run the service.

Third-Party Services

WWRT relies on the following third-party services to operate:

  • Supabase — authentication and database hosting. Privacy policy at supabase.com/privacy.
  • Stripe — payment processing for subscriptions. Privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
  • Anthropic— AI analysis. When you submit a situation for analysis, that text is sent to Anthropic's API to generate the response. Per Anthropic's API data usage policies, this text is not stored by Anthropic beyond the scope of the API call.
  • Vercel — hosting and deployment. Privacy policy at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Data Retention

Call history is stored until you delete your account. Monthly usage counts reset at the start of each billing month. If you would like your account and all associated data deleted, see our Data Deletion Request page for instructions.

No Selling Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties beyond the service providers listed above, and those providers only receive what they need to perform their specific function.
