Data Deletion Request

You have the right to request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

What we store

Call history

The situations you've described and the analyses returned, stored per account for Starter and Unlimited subscribers.

User profile

Optional preferences you've saved — age group and competition level — used to pre-fill the input form.

Subscription info

Your plan status, Stripe customer ID, and billing dates. Stored in our database; payment card details are held by Stripe, not us.

How to request deletion

  1. 1Email wwrt.app@gmail.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
  2. 2Include the email address associated with your WWRT account so we can locate your data.
  3. 3We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days.

Active subscriptions: If you have a paid plan, we recommend canceling it through the account page before submitting a deletion request. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel billing with Stripe.
